Introduction:

You were born a living soul with flesh and blood, with the responsibility to respect other life and treat your fellow man with love and kindness, and with a life-spirit provided by the Creator. Your unalienable rights are for life, liberty and property, and to respect those rights of other human beings on this planet, our home.

In an attempt to create a safe society, men elected Governments to protect and uphold your unalienable rights and your responsibilities to the Creator and your fellow man. After a while, Governments became corrupt and now we have to ask: How could Governments and other “regulatory bodies” possibly make you follow their rules and be subservient to them since your true allegiance is to your Creator? How can you serve two masters – your creator and your Government? The answer is that you cannot server two masters, therefore the Government had to create a system that tricks you into thinking you must serve them, where in fact, Governments must serve us, the people.

One of the ways Governments and other regulators have tricked you into thinking you must follow their rules, is to create for themselves an “artificial-person / corporation” who is not you, but whom the Government has fooled you into thinking is you (See Natural vs. Artificial and Trick #4). But, so as not to violate your fundamental rights, they also have provide recognition in law for another legal entity called a “natural-person” (simply meaning a human-being in the law) with which most of your fundamental rights are still intact. So when you interact with the law, you may be represented as an artificial or natural person – you choose.

This concept of an “artificial-person”, a legally obligated entity, that appears to be you, but in fact is not you, is a little difficult to grasp at first, but if you follow through this site, you will understand.

Once the Government creates an “artificial-person” that simulates you (i.e. appears to be the same as you from your point of view), but is actually a contrivance of government laws and regulations — then they’ve got you, so to speak. And if you fill out paperwork and sign documents as if you were this artificial-person (create contracts), then they can make you totally subservient to all their rules and regulations:

1. Make you believe you are obligated to pay taxes,
2. Make you believe that you have to obtain a driver’s licence,
3. Make you believe that you have to work as an Employee.

This site will explain to you the difference between your human self, man’s current representation of the living-soul as you were born to be, your natural-person (the human-being in law), and the legal entity that appears to be you (the corporation / artificial-person). History

It began in Genesis, when God gave all of us the precious gifts of Life, Liberty and Property along with the free will to enjoy them and the responsibility to respect the rights of others.

As people started to live together in societies, there was nothing to prevent individuals from infringing upon the rights and freedoms of each other. Once that happened, there were only two choices, either protect ourselves or elect a group of individuals to protect our rights for us. We chose the latter and thus Law was born to protect our rights and freedoms.

It was, and still is, the duty of every human being to protect these gifts, not only for themselves, but for our fellow human beings.

The Law of the Bible, and the Common Law that has developed over time, has but one purpose. That sole purpose is to protect our fundamental rights and freedoms of Life, Liberty and Property. The purpose of Law was never to restrict or destroy our rights and freedoms. Its sole purpose, then and now, is for the preservation and protection of these gifts.

Throughout history (see Cycles of Civilizations) Law has been corrupted and used in ways it was never intended to be used. Laws have been created to control and enslave people for the sole benefit of those in power.

Today we live in a world where we are told that our fundamental rights still exist, but there are times when we wonder how this can be so. For example, we can have the full force of the law brought down upon us with a traffic violation, income tax irregularity, refusing to fill in Census forms, etc. These offenses do no harm to another human being and in no way violate any individuals fundamental rights and freedoms, so we ask “how can this be?”.

The answer is that your fundamental rights and freedoms are still intact as a natural-person, but you have been tricked (see Government Tricks) into believing that you have to follow the Laws created for the artificial-person.

Following the Second World War, the United Nations Assembly prepared the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The Assembly called upon all Member countries to publicize the text of the Declaration and “to cause it to be disseminated, displayed, read and expounded principally in schools and other educational institutions, without distinction based on the political status of countries or territories.”

I have never seen this done in any school. Have you?

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states, in Articles 1, 3 and 4:

Article 1.

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Article 3.

Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article 4.

No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

It is from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights that we cannot be held in slavery, as all employees are (because they are not human beings – employees are artificial persons). It is very important that you read and fully understand your Human Rights as declared in that Declaration.

Irene Gravenhorst, a human woman living in Common Law jurisdiction, is confronted by a Police Officer in Admiralty/Marine Law jurisdiction. Watch the interaction, and notice that in order for him to convince Irene to sign his “ticket” the Police Officer agrees to a contract with Irene for three billion dollars…

EMPLOYMENT: MASTER & SLAVE CONTRACT

Employment: When a person works for an Employer as an Employee, using a SIN (or TAX FILE) number for such employment, he has entered into a Master/Slave contract with his employer. This is called a Contract of Service (Servitude, Slavery). In fact, his corporation/artificial-person JOHN DOE is working for the Employer as an OFFICER. The natural-person John Doe acts in the capacity of a Legal Representative for the corporation/artificial-person JOHN DOE and is expected to perform the duties demanded of the slave JOHN DOE, by its Employer.

Both the Employer (COMPANY) and Employee (JOHN DOE) are created by the Government and therefore both are subservient to the rules imposed by the Government. All money earned by the slave JOHN DOE during such employment belongs to the Government (the creator of the Contract of Service) and must be reported on the slave’s Income Tax Return. The reason an “Income Tax Return” is called a RETURN, is because it is used to RETURN money to the legal owner of the JOHN DOE corporation/artificial-person (the Government). See Income Tax Act for more information.

When a human-being works for a Company on a Contract for Hire (a contract to perform certain tasks as detailed in the contract) without a SIN number, the relationship is one of Company and human being. In this case, the human being is working for the Company and, if the contract says the human-being shall receive “Compensation for Time and Talent”, then the Compensation received by the human-being is tax free as long as the human-being does not become attached to, represent, or act in the capacity of a taxpayer while performing the Contract. Such Compensation earned by the human-being is non-taxable and does not have to be reported on JOHN DOE’s tax return because JOHN DOE did not earn or receive the money. However, if John Doe deposits the Compensation he received from the Company into the bank account of JOHN DOE (such bank account having JOHN DOE’s SIN number attached to it) then the natural-person John Doe may have volunteered to give the money to the taxpayer JOHN DOE, and therefore such money will be deemed by the Government to be Income of the taxpayer JOHN DOE, and therefore becomes taxable.

This is the same scenario as John Doe’s depositing money into the bank account of any COMPANY. The COMPANY has to declare the deposited money as being either a Loan (shareholder or otherwise) or Income. With a private Contract for Hire with a Company, when a human-being receives a cheque for Compensation from the Company, he should cash the cheque at the Company’s bank, then keep the cash at home in a lock-up safe (or under the pillow). In this way, the cheque is not deposited into JOHN DOE’s bank account and therefore the cash still remains the property of the natural-person John Doe.

The human-being must be careful what identification is used during the cheque-cashing procedure because such ID may belong to JOHN DOE and therefore it may be deemed that JOHN DOE cashed the cheque, thereby converting the Compensation intoIncome for JOHN DOE. The Bank Act has re-defined person to include both natural and artificial-persons. Therefore a natural-person should be able to create a bank account, but you may have to argue with your bank manager about this.

The Canadian Rights and Freedoms Foundation Seminars have information about opening natural-person bank accounts. If the Government wants to take money from a person’s bank account for any reason, they must first get a court order to do so. It would appear, from actual occurrences, that the Government seizes bank accounts without first obtaining a court order. This is entirely without due process and has been effectively challenged. You have to educate your bank manager on this subject. Assuming the court order has been obtained, then it would be possible for the Government to seize the natural-person’s bank account, because of the re-definition of person in the Bank Act. Even though the Government may be after the artificial-person, they can go after the natural-person because he is a Legal Representative for the OFFICER of his artificial-person’s corporation (JOHN DOE).

You have the right to life, liberty, and the fruits of your labor. It is crucial to know this because rights mean nothing if you don’t know about them. The difference between legal rights and inalienable rights is this: Legal rights are the limitations that a government has set on itself; inalienable rights are the rights that you have no matter where you are. They are universal, no matter what your nationality, gender, sexual orientation, race, color, etc. No matter who you are, you have them. The problem is that our rights are being violated all the time. The Non-aggression Principle is used to determine if you, someone else, or a group of people are violating the rights of others. The principle states:

“You are free to do anything you want, provided only that you not initiate, or threaten to initiate, violence against another person or legitimately owned property of another.”

If someone violates this principle, then their actions are non-consensually taking control over someone’s life, liberty, or the fruits of their labor. When no one is violating the Non-aggression Principle then there is freedom because you are free when you have complete control over your life, liberty, and the fruits of your labor.

You may be asking, “So, who is keeping us from being free? Who is violating our rights?”
The answer to this depends on where you live. It could be an organized gang, an independent thug, a violent corporation, etc. I’m sure we can agree that these are all things we should oppose; but, the problem is that there is a much larger institution which the public does not unanimously oppose; one that violates the inalienable rights of innocent people every day; a form of organized aggression known as government.

Now you ask, “But do all governments violate our inalienable rights?”
Yes, absolutely. Even in the least oppressive nations on Earth, where the draft and mass incarcerations are rare, it is still their official policy to violate your inalienable rights. “And how’s that?” you ask. Through theft, or as it’s more commonly known, taxation. Taxation is coercive, so all forms of government are coercive because none would exist without taxation. “How is it coercive?” You are not given a choice whether or not to pay taxes, if you do not pay your taxes, you are kidnapped at gunpoint and thrown in jail, where if you try to escape, you are shot. If you aren’t yet convinced that taxation is theft, then please read this short article before continuing.

In step one we explained that you are not free unless your inalienable rights are not being violated, so any institution is illegitimate if it violates your inalienable rights; and, in step two we explained how all forms of government violate those rights; therefore, anarchism is the only political philosophy that is opposed to all institutions keeping you from being free. FROM FREEDOM TO FACISM

America: Freedom to Fascism is a compelling and troubling account of how the wealth of our nation was silently passed from its citizens to a handful of powerful bankers in 1913. That’s the year the Federal Reserve Act and the 16th Amendment were introduced, giving a privately held corporation the means to control our finances while ensuring its interest payments through the strong arms of the newly-formed Internal Revenue Service. Ever since then, Russo suggests, Americans have been gradually conditioned to accept fewer freedoms and a lower standard of living… all the while considering debt and servitude as distinctly American values.

Russo’s first and most cogent point is simple: Americans are not required to pay a federal income tax. That’s a bold statement to make, as few people believe that such a fraud could be perpetrated for so long. My father, himself an accountant, insists that the income tax is a very real thing. Russo takes that same belief to IRS employees and simply asks them to cite where it says an unapportioned income tax is required of us all. Guess what? They can’t. In a telling segment Sheldon Cohen, former commissioner of the IRS, goes so far as to reject Supreme Court rulings and the Constitution as benchmarks over what is legal with regards to taxation. Russo also interviews members of the tax honesty movement as well as disenfranchised IRS agents who agree that no law on the books conjures up a requirement to send the government part of one’s hard-earned paycheck. Russo then showcases court cases where those accused of tax evasion have won precisely because the prosecution cannot provide evidence of a legal federal income tax law.

It’s shocking to have it hammered into your head over and over that you’ve thrown your money away for nothing, but repetition is good; it helps knock loose the deeply entrenched belief that we owe a portion of our livelihood to our government.

Regardless of any awareness of our inalienable rights, awareness of our one unalienable right, freewill, needs to be first and foremost. It is our freewill, our ability to chose which thoughts to act upon. It is with our freewill we can convert out thoughts and energy into a tangible reality. Therefore, lack of awareness of the supremacy and importance of our freewill places all of our inalienable rights in jeopardy, making it easy for the Illusion to perpetuate its control and plunder over our lives.

Our freewill is what has produced the life we each now live, and it is with a greater awareness of its dominance that we can create the life we want. It is because of the pre-eminence of our freewill the Illusion has been perpetuated on a foundation of fear and ignorance. If the people can be convinced they need to be submissive to the Illusion, then through the manipulation of their thoughts their actions can be controlled and used against them to drain their energy, which, for the most part, has been manifested into their property and their money.

This constant draining keeps the populace exhausted and focused on survival and security, the two lowest forms of existence, leaving little time or energy to explore and obtain our higher purposes. It is this constant draining that fuels the frustration, the anger, the desperation, leaving a person unfocused and depleted to do what is needed to see through and dissolve the effects of the Illusion.

Whether you have ever contemplated the power of your freewill or not, does little to diminish its reality. Have you ever noticed that the majority of things that have caused you grief or frustration you have used your freewill to apply for it?

From a commerce perspective. our freewill is expressed through our right to contract. This unalienable right can be used to enter into legally binding contracts to obtain those things we need and want to fulfill our desires. A natural person has the right to contract because he is a human being and upon birth is endowed with the gift of freewill and right of self-determination.

WHO ARE YOU?

So who is the real you, is a question that only you can answer, but What… is the real you is easy, believe it or not, most likely you are a human being and as such you have been naturally endowed with all the rights of every other human. The only variable is that not all humans are a part of a society that was created to recognize and protect these inalienable rights which are an integral part of our being. Although our inalienable rights can be defined in a thousand different ways, they really condense into these three fundamental concepts of Life, Liberty and Property:

As with all things, it depends on the perspective a person views something from that dictates whether it is good or bad. This applies the same for our inalienable rights. If your perspective is one of… most are incapable of thinking for themselves, then inalienable rights would be viewed as something that needed to be controlled for our own good, and if it could not be done legally then at least through deception the poor ignorant fools could be protected.

It is this type of arrogance that has caused the erosion of society’s awareness of inalienable rights and has motivated the desire for an Illusion to reap huge profits for the creators of it. As a result each inalienable right has been systematically affected to a different degree, yet still in concert with each other, to produce the highest levels of profit and control.

Words could never adequately describe the awe-inspiring reality that could be create by us all, for all our lives and our whole world, if we were to ever have a full understanding of the power of our freewill. All I know is that it cannot be overstated the power of one’s own freewill and as with all power it needs to understood and used with knowledge and respect.

NATURAL LAW

When we, as a collective, can return to the point where it is once again practiced as common knowledge that no man has any supreme authority to sell, deny or delay any of us our inalienable rights, we will then be witness to the dissolve of the Illusion, forever.

It is this fundamental reality of our supreme authority that has become the foundation for many legal systems, specifically Australia, New Zealand, Canada and any other commonwealth nations. It becomes the reason that we need to examine not only the foundation of our system but the purpose and intent for which it was created.

Simple logic dictates that as a collective, the last thing we would do is create a society with a legislative or judiciary system that would harm us by infringing on our inalienable rights. With the same simple logic we should be able to surmise that any system we were to create would be to protect and enhance the human potential within a frame work of a society

With the creation of the Legal World came the creation of the Legal You. This, in and of itself, is neither good or bad. What can make it good or bad is if you have forgotten the Real You and the Real World, and now only act in the capacity of a Legal Person without understanding the implications.

The Real You is the real you and the Real World is the real world and always will be. In this real world you are sovereign and subservient to no mans authority, only to your creator’s. You have no system to interact with others, legal or otherwise, no system to seek a lawful defense of your rights. You make your own laws, run your own government, operate your own postal service, your own court, create your own country on your own land. You are an island unto yourself.

Although this is a choice we each can make, the reality of the matter is, are you willing to shift that far, or more importantly, is there a need to shift that far? To answer that, you need to decide whether the obligations required to be a member of a society are fair and reasonable consideration for what you receive in return, and if not are you willing to do what is necessary to create your own.

I guess this depend on a persons perspective, if you perceive your system as something that hurts you and forces you to act against your freewill, and it won’t even recognize or protect your inalienable rights, then you might answer, yes, I want to shift to the point that I am a sovereign individual, and go it alone.

However, if you were to learn that your current system does recognize and protect your inalienable rights and will let you use your freewill to decide how you want to restrict them, then maybe it would be worthwhile to spend the time to study some of the foundational structure of the system that can’t pass a law that would harm you.

First you would need to learn by what legal term you as a human being would be referred to in this system. With Australia, New Zealand, Canada and others deriving its legal system from Great Britain we can look to Britain’s legal history to find this recognition of how we as human beings are referred to in law.

What is happening today in this country is nothing new, we the people have once again forgotten who we are. This same forgetfulness was happening in Great Britain around the middle of the eighteenth century and was a primary motive that enticed Lord Blackstone to write his set of 4 books known as the Blackstone Commentaries in hopes of re-educating the people of England of their true source.

During this time in history the duality of person existed.

 

A natural person is a human being who is mentally competent and of the age of majority. This is a human being in their legal world with inalienable human rights and fundamental freedoms that the system must not only recognize and protect, but cannot pass a law that will abrogate, abridge or infringe upon them.

 

Artificial persons are the slaves of the Illusion, they do not exist in the real world but only in the minds of the those who create them. They are not human so they don’t have inalienable human rights. They have to look to their creator, the government, for any privilege they may be granted, and with your freewill you can voluntarily apply to act as a representative of one of these artificial persons to perform the obligations imposed upon it by its creator.

Capitalization

With the existence of two type of persons in law, the world as we know it just got a little confusing. How do they tell the difference between the two? In the real world its quite easy, what you see is what you get, if it looks like a human, walks like a human  talks like a human its probably a human. However in the Illusion, in a world that only exists in the minds of those who believe in it, that’s where we need to look for what they use as a basis to identify their slaves from the rest of us.

When we think of the word capitalization we generally think of writing capital letters. However, if we look at the word capitalize in it’s adjective sense it actually means to take advantage of, to use for ones own advantage. With the help of Black’s Law dictionary we can begin to understand how capitalization can be used to take advantage of another.

This form of capitalization of your name presents you as the natural person in this legal system. It is recognition of your agreement to a social contract to become part of the collective sovereign of a country. It is with this form of capitalization that we are taught how to write our names in school.

The lowest or least comprehensive degree of loss of status.  This occurred where a man’s family relations alone were changed. It happened upon the arrogation [pride] of a person who had been his own master, (sui juris,) [of his own right, not under any legal disability] or upon the emancipation of one who had been under the patria potestas. [parental authority] It left the rights of liberty and citizenship unaltered.  See Inst. 1, 16, pr.; 1, 2, 3;  Dig.  4, 5, 11;  Mackeld.Rom.Law, 144.

Your legal status may  have diminished from a sovereign individual to a natural person, however you are still recognized as a human being with protected human rights in a legal system. As such, you also have the right to use the system for the protection and lawful defense of your rights.

With this form of capitalization you still have your freedom but have lost the connection to the system that has obligations to recognize and protect them. If you chose to accept this form of capitalization of your name that removes your citizenship, then what countries laws are you going to be able to rely on for the protection of your human rights.

A lesser or medium loss of status.  This occurred where a man loses his rights of citizenship, but without losing his liberty.  It carried away also the family rights.

You can generally find this form of capitalization on such documents like court summons’, school registrations, and diplomatic identification cards.

If you accept this form of capitalization, it is no longer you, it is a slave and being that slavery is a crime against humanity in this country, this form can only represent an artificial person with no human rights.

The highest or most comprehensive loss of status.  This occurred when a man’s condition was changed from one of freedom to one of bondage, when he became a slave.  It swept away with it all rights of citizenship and all family rights.

If you were to check your wallet or purse you may realize that you do not have a driver’s license, social insurance card or even a credit card. They are all in the name of an artificial person whom you have voluntarily applied to represent.  It is a slave with a name that sounds like yours but has been fully capitalized on by someone else to take advantage of, and you are nothing more than it’s representative, obligated to perform its duties when you use the card to access the benefits it receives.

You can however, use your freewill to remove yourself from this system, outlaw yourself so to speak, terminate your connection to the social contract and take yourself outside the protection of legal system. You’ll no longer be part of the sovereign collective but you will regain your status as a sovereign individual. This is quite easy to accomplish, but you better do it right or they will keep coming after the artificial person you represent for the performance of its obligations.

The first thing you should start to do is, always write your name with no capitalization so the system can’t legally hear you, then you may what to consider deregistering your entity’s homes, your entity’s cars, quit your entity’s job, close your entity’s bank accounts, and cash in and pay your entities taxes on all of your entity’s investments. However, you may be able to keep a lot of the entity’s personal stuff as you pack up and look for a quiet spot on planet earth to start your own country.

If you don’t really like the idea of doing all that, you may want to consider spending the time to learn who you are, a natural person, a human being with human rights and fundamental freedoms that are recognized and protected as part of the sovereign collective under this social contract, and  then learn how to use your freewill to regain control over your life with the knowledge of choosing only the joinders to these artificial persons that can be used to create the life you want.
